Cadalio product guide
Plan, schedule and measure social content in one workspace. Cadalio is built for creators, small teams and agencies working with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
Connect the accounts you manage
Create a free account, verify your email, create a workspace and open Social accounts. Authorize each network through its official OAuth flow. Signing in with Google authenticates your Cadalio account; connecting a YouTube channel is a separate action with separate permissions.
- Facebook: Pages you have permission to manage.
- Instagram: eligible professional accounts supported by the Meta connection.
- TikTok: supported accounts and creator permissions; inbox drafts must be finished in TikTok.
- YouTube: authorized channels; upload visibility and quotas depend on Google’s approval and account eligibility.
- LinkedIn: authorized personal profiles; company Pages are pending separate approval.
- Pinterest: image/video Pin workflow with board selection; customer access is pending Standard approval.
Availability depends on provider approvals, permissions and API limits. Cadalio explains unavailable connections in the app. Connecting an account does not establish that every publishing feature is approved or available.
Cadalio covers Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn in its planning workflow. LinkedIn profile publishing and YouTube connections are available, subject to account permissions and upload restrictions. TikTok currently delivers inbox drafts that you finish in TikTok; automatic public Direct Post is pending audit. Facebook and Instagram connections are pending Meta approval. Pinterest customer connections and LinkedIn company Pages are pending platform approval. Plan those posts as drafts and publish natively until access opens.
Create, review and schedule
Choose accounts in the composer, add your media and adapt each destination’s caption and settings. Save a draft, publish now, select a date, or use recurring queue slots where your plan includes them. Workspace timezone settings control the calendar; the service stores publication times in UTC and checks daylight-saving changes.
Scheduled work runs on the server while your device is offline. A selected time is the intended dispatch time: media processing and provider outages can delay visibility. Each destination has its own outcome. Temporary failures retry; uncertain publication outcomes require review to prevent duplicate posts.
Images may be up to 25 MB; videos may be up to 5 GB, subject to available plan storage and each network’s format and size limits. Your media library preserves uploads until you remove them. Metrics come from official platform APIs; available measures differ by network. Best-time suggestions need enough of your own performance history.
Plans and allowances
One subscription covers the social accounts and owned workspaces in your plan. Account and storage limits apply across those workspaces; member limits apply to each workspace. One post sent to three accounts uses three publishing destinations. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the calendar month in UTC. Cancellation does not return already reserved publishing allowance.
| Plan | Monthly | Accounts | Destinations / month | Workspaces | Members / workspace |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 2 accounts | 20 destinations | 1 workspace | 1 member |
| Creator | $12 | 8 accounts | 200 destinations | 1 workspace | 1 member |
| Pro | $29 | 20 accounts | 1,000 destinations | 3 workspaces | 3 members |
| Agency | $79 | Unlimited accounts | Unlimited destinations | Unlimited workspaces | Unlimited members |
Creator adds bulk scheduling, recurring queues and reusable content. Pro adds team approvals, performance insights and reports. Agency provides more capacity for client workspaces. See the full plan limits and yearly prices before choosing.
A free signup requires no payment card and does not start a paid subscription. Confirm a paid plan separately through Paddle checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing provides invoices and the customer portal for payment details, plan changes and cancellation; the portal explains when changes take effect. Existing subscriptions keep their billing currency.
Your account and data
Passwords use Argon2id hashing. Provider credentials are encrypted. Workspace access and publishing permissions are checked on the server. Editors can prepare content; publishing and approval require the appropriate role. Platform administration does not grant membership in customer workspaces.
Disconnect a social account to remove its local authorization. Settings provides data export, password changes and account deletion. If you signed up with Google, use the email password-reset flow to set a password before sensitive password-confirmed actions. Cancel paid billing before deleting an account. Previously published posts remain on their native social networks.
