Cadalio pricing and plan limits
Choose a plan for the accounts, publishing volume and people in your actual workflow. All new subscriptions use USD. Free signup requires no card and does not start a paid subscription; paid plans require a separate checkout confirmation.
One subscription covers the accounts and owned workspaces in your plan. Monthly destinations are shared across those workspaces; member limits apply per workspace. Platform restrictions still apply on every plan.

Which plan includes the workflow you need?
Pinterest requires board settings in the composer; the current CSV importer does not schedule Pinterest Pins. LinkedIn personal-profile analytics are unavailable through the current connection. A higher paid plan does not enable an unapproved network or add metrics the provider does not supply.
- Free: calendar, media library and individual scheduling, with 2 accounts and 20 destinations/month.
- Creator: channel analytics, recurring queues, campaigns, CSV bulk tools and reusable caption/hashtag templates.
- Pro: team collaboration, approvals, advanced analytics, insights, reports and eligible evergreen recycling. TikTok is excluded from automatic recycling.
- Agency: the complete Cadalio feature set with no plan-based account, destination, workspace or member limit. Provider limits, storage limits and protections against abuse still apply.
Understand destinations and shared capacity
Each account receiving a post counts as one publishing destination. One idea sent to three accounts uses three destinations, even when it shares the same video. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of the calendar month in UTC. Canceling a post does not restore allowance already reserved.
Account and media-storage limits apply across your owned workspaces. Member allowances apply within each workspace. Uploads must fit the remaining storage and platform media limits; a storage allowance is not an exemption from those validation checks.
Review checkout and cancellation terms
Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until canceled. Annual prices above are the full yearly charge; the homepage also shows the effective monthly equivalent for annual billing.
Manage plan changes, payment details, invoices and cancellation through the billing portal. It explains the effective date and any billing adjustments before you confirm. Existing subscriptions keep their billing currency. Review those details rather than assuming cancellation is an immediate refund.

Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It is an ongoing $0 plan with two accounts, twenty scheduled destinations per month, one workspace, one member and 2 GB of media storage. No card is required.
Which plan includes team approvals?
Team collaboration and approvals start on Pro. Pro includes three workspaces and three members per workspace. Agency includes these features with no plan-based workspace or member limit.
Does a paid plan unlock pending network approval?
No. Provider approval and account permissions apply on all plans. Meta connections, Pinterest customer access and LinkedIn company Pages are pending; TikTok currently delivers inbox drafts.
