The importer reads caption, title and local_time. It does not import media, account IDs, platform settings or approval status. Every imported row still needs review in Cadalio.

How to use this template
- Choose the first day and a default time. local_time uses YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm without an offset and is interpreted in your Cadalio workspace timezone.
- Replace the sample captions and titles, or start with a blank batch. Keep the three headers unchanged and save the CSV as UTF-8.
- Open Bulk scheduling in a Creator, Pro or Agency workspace and choose actively connected supported destination accounts.
- Import a small batch first. Inspect each row, intended local date and account selection before confirming anything. The importer keeps up to 100 rows per batch.
- Use the product's media upload workflow for media posts. A media filename or URL in a CSV does not attach an image or video. YouTube uploads require video media; use the composer for their destination-specific review.
- Confirm the batch only when validation passes. Inspect the result for every row and check the calendar; one successful row does not prove the whole batch succeeded.
Checks before turning a plan into a schedule
- TikTok and Pinterest destinations are excluded from the current bulk screen. Prepare those posts in the individual composer when customer access permits it.
- A paid plan does not enable pending Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest customer connections. LinkedIn personal profiles and company Pages have different availability.
- The selected accounts apply to the batch. One row sent to three accounts uses three publishing destinations from the monthly allowance.
- Review dates around daylight-saving changes and replace past example dates. A scheduled time is intended dispatch time; platform processing can take longer.

Common questions
Does downloading or importing the file publish my posts?
No. The public generator creates a file on your device. Cadalio's bulk screen requires account selection, row validation and a separate confirmation before it attempts to schedule the batch.
Can I include Pinterest boards or TikTok privacy settings?
No. The current importer reads only caption, title and local_time. Use the individual composer for supported account-specific settings; provider access restrictions still apply.
