Prepare Facebook photos and videos before scheduling
Cadalio's composer includes Facebook Page formats, but implementation is separate from approved customer access. A stored draft does not become a scheduled Facebook post while its required connection is unavailable.
- Confirm that the asset belongs to the Page and that you have publishing rights.
- Review photo crop, image sequence or the complete video before uploading the final version.
- Write copy for Facebook rather than relying on a YouTube description or Instagram caption.
- Check destination links and any date, location or offer mentioned in the content.
- Assign the native publishing step to a person who has the appropriate Page permissions.
Review Page campaigns before a teammate publishes
Pro and Agency provide collaboration and approvals for a team workflow. Use a reviewer to confirm campaign wording and approved assets, then let the assigned Page manager complete native publishing. An approved draft and a published Page post need different status checks.
Templates and CSV bulk tools start on Creator, but those features do not enable a pending Facebook connection. If immediate unattended Facebook publishing is essential, choose a publisher with current Page access and evaluate its actual account permissions before committing your campaign.
