Prepare an import file before opening a workspace

The public CSV generator produces the caption, title and local_time columns read by Cadalio's current importer. Downloading it needs no signup. Bulk scheduling in the product starts on Creator and still requires available connected accounts, valid local dates and a separate confirmation. TikTok and Pinterest are excluded from the current bulk account selector.

Prepare the batch before importing

Collect the captions, titles and intended dates first. The CSV template uses caption, title and local_time columns. Select destination accounts in the bulk screen; account identifiers and media files are not imported from the CSV. Avoid reusing a template from another scheduling tool.

Only actively connected, supported accounts can receive the batch. TikTok posts use the individual composer so you can review their required account-specific settings. For a media batch, use the bulk file-upload workflow instead of expecting a CSV to attach videos or images.

Import, review, then confirm

1. Open Bulk scheduling, select the destination accounts and download the current CSV template.
2. Keep the required columns and replace the example row with your own captions, titles and local dates.
3. Import the CSV and review the rows. For media posts, use the bulk file-upload workflow.
4. Correct invalid dates, unavailable destinations or missing media before confirming the batch.
5. Review the result for every row; a batch can contain both successfully scheduled rows and rows that need correction.
6. Check the calendar to confirm the intended dates and destinations.

Adapt settings that do not belong in a shared caption

A YouTube title and audience setting, TikTok privacy choice, and Instagram carousel order require different review. Shared content should still be adapted per destination. A successful import is not proof that every selected account can publish every media type.

The batch uses the same plan allowances as individually created posts. One idea sent to three accounts reserves three publishing destinations. Review your remaining monthly allowance and storage before preparing a large import.

Choose a batch size you can check

Start with a small batch and confirm its behavior before importing a full month. Cadalio prepares up to 100 posts per batch. Use specific dates for campaigns and recurring queues for evergreen content when your plan includes them. Keep an editable source copy of the CSV so future changes are straightforward.
