Schedule LinkedIn posts for the right profile
If you manage several brands, confirm the destination name before every batch. A personal profile and a company Page are different destinations with different access requirements. Paying for additional account capacity does not unlock company Page approval.
- Connect the LinkedIn personal profile you have permission to manage.
- Choose the profile in Create a post and draft text, attach supported photos, or select one supported MP4.
- Check the LinkedIn preview and make the first sentence explain the post's subject.
- Review links, dates, timezone and the selected account before scheduling.
- Read the destination result after dispatch and verify the post on LinkedIn.
A LinkedIn content calendar for useful professional posts
Use your own experience to decide what belongs in the plan. A queue helps maintain a chosen rhythm, but it does not decide whether a post is accurate or useful. Saved templates can keep common phrasing ready while you rewrite the actual example for each post.

Review LinkedIn content before it enters the schedule
Recurring queues, CSV bulk tools and caption templates start on Creator. Pro and Agency add collaboration and approvals. A reviewer can check tone, claims and asset rights before a permitted connected destination is scheduled.
Personal-profile analytics are unavailable through the current LinkedIn connection. Review native LinkedIn measurements where available and keep that limitation in mind when selecting a reporting tool. Cadalio's general analytics feature does not create metrics a platform connection does not supply.
