Cadalio is a social media management workspace for creators and small teams. Its calendar, media library and composer help you prepare content for six networks. The ability to connect an account and publish through Cadalio depends on each platform's approval, your account permissions and the format you choose.
YouTube connections and LinkedIn personal-profile publishing are available. TikTok delivers inbox drafts that you finish in TikTok. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest customer connections and LinkedIn company Pages are pending approval. A paid subscription does not unlock a pending integration.

Prepare the right workflow for each network
Begin with the destination account rather than the finished caption. A YouTube upload needs its own title, audience and visibility settings. A LinkedIn profile post needs media and wording suitable for that profile. TikTok requires a final action in its own app after Cadalio delivers an inbox draft.
For pending integrations, prepare reusable assets and draft copy, then schedule or publish through the platform's native tools. Review the restrictions in the corresponding guide before committing to a batch. A draft without an available connected destination is a planning record, not an unattended publishing job.

Match publishing volume and features to your plan
Free includes two connected accounts, twenty scheduled destinations per calendar month, one workspace, one member and 2 GB of storage. A post delivered to two accounts uses two destinations. Shared media does not turn two destinations into one.
Recurring queues, CSV bulk tools, campaigns, reusable templates and channel analytics start on Creator. Team collaboration, approvals, advanced reporting and eligible evergreen recycling start on Pro. TikTok is excluded from automatic recycling. Pinterest board settings must be configured in the composer; the CSV importer does not schedule Pinterest Pins.
Check which measurements a connection provides
Publishing access does not guarantee that every metric is available. Cadalio reports the measurements returned by supported connections and keeps channel results separate so unlike platform metrics are not combined into one misleading score. Missing measurements are not the same as zero engagement.
LinkedIn personal-profile analytics are unavailable through the current connection. Provider access, the selected plan and the amount of measured history determine which reports you can use. Evaluate the real data from your first posts before promising a particular report to a client.
Verify one publishing cycle before scaling up
Server-side dispatch can continue while your browser is closed. Provider processing, upload visibility restrictions and any required native-app confirmation still affect when a post becomes publicly visible. Check the individual destination rather than assuming every network version has the same outcome.
- Open Social accounts and check whether the required customer connection is available.
- Authorize the account through the platform's official sign-in and confirm its identity.
- Prepare one small, permitted asset; review the format, caption and destination settings.
- Confirm the workspace timezone, account allowance and selected schedule.
- Read the destination status after dispatch and verify the result on the network. Complete a TikTok inbox draft in TikTok.

Does Cadalio automatically publish to all six networks?
No. Planning covers six networks, but current customer publishing access differs. YouTube and LinkedIn personal-profile connections are available; TikTok uses inbox drafts. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest customer access and LinkedIn company Pages are pending approval.
Can upgrading my plan enable a pending platform?
No. Subscription features and platform approval are separate requirements. Confirm customer connection availability and account permissions before buying a plan for a specific network.
Can I use Cadalio while a connection is pending?
You can organize draft content and media, then publish natively. A draft without an available connected account is not an automatically scheduled destination.
