Social media scheduling tool for creators and teams

Cadalio is a social media scheduler and content planning workspace for creators, small businesses and teams. Keep media, draft captions, eligible scheduled posts and review workflows together. Choose the network you need first: live publishing access differs by platform, so one calendar does not mean automatic posting to every social account.

YouTube connections and LinkedIn personal-profile publishing are available. TikTok uses inbox drafts that you finish in TikTok. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest customer connections and LinkedIn company Pages are pending approval.

Choose a scheduling tool for your social platform

An Instagram scheduler, a YouTube Shorts scheduler and a LinkedIn post scheduler solve different jobs. Review the account type, supported media and final publication step before preparing a batch. The pages below show what you can use in Cadalio today and how to prepare each network's content.

Current customer access; subscription features do not bypass platform approval.
NetworkAccessWhat to plan
YouTubeConnections availableSchedule videos and Shorts for an authorized channel. Account permissions, media processing and upload visibility restrictions still apply.
LinkedInPersonal profiles available; company Pages pendingPublish text, photos or a single supported MP4 to an authorized personal profile. Company Pages require additional approval. Personal-profile analytics are unavailable.
TikTokInbox drafts available; public Direct Post pending auditPrepare supported videos or photo posts, deliver an inbox draft and finish publication in TikTok. An inbox draft is not an automatically published public post.
InstagramCustomer connections pending Meta approvalPrepare professional-account content and media in drafts. Publish through native tools until Meta access opens; Cadalio currently cannot provide unattended customer Instagram publishing.
FacebookCustomer connections pending Meta approvalPlan content for Pages you manage. Keep it as drafts and use native publishing while approval is pending. Personal-profile publishing is not supported.
PinterestCustomer connections pending platform approvalOwner-only Sandbox image publishing and scheduling have passed acceptance. Customers should prepare Pin assets and board plans, then publish natively. Sandbox acceptance does not establish customer access or live video acceptance.

A social media content planner before anything gets scheduled

Start with a manageable week of ideas. Keep approved images and videos in the media library, write the destination-specific captions and review the calendar for gaps or repeated topics. Confirm the account and timezone before an eligible post enters the schedule.

A multi-platform campaign can share one source asset while giving each destination its own title, caption and settings. For pending connections, keep content as drafts and assign native publishing to the responsible person. Server-side delivery for an eligible connected destination can continue while your browser is closed; processing and required native-app actions still affect visibility.

Bulk scheduling, posting queues and saved captions

Creator adds CSV bulk tools, recurring posting queues, campaigns and reusable caption or hashtag templates. Use bulk scheduling when you have a prepared batch; use a queue when you want eligible content to fill a chosen posting rhythm. Check the preview and per-destination settings before delivery.

The CSV importer does not support Pinterest board settings. Eligible evergreen recycling starts on Pro and excludes TikTok automatic recycling. A queue is a scheduling workflow, not a way to open a connection that is pending provider approval.

Social media management for a team or client workflow

Pro and Agency add collaboration and approvals. Separate client workspaces keep a campaign's accounts, assets and reviewers organized. Give each reviewer a clear decision: approve the wording, request a change or confirm the final media before a permitted destination is scheduled.

Channel analytics start on Creator; advanced reporting starts on Pro. Review the measurements a connection actually returns. LinkedIn personal-profile analytics are unavailable through the current connection, and a missing provider metric is not zero engagement.

Start with a free social media scheduler

Free is an ongoing $0 plan with no credit card requirement. It includes two accounts, twenty scheduled destinations per calendar month, one workspace, one member and 2 GB of storage. One post sent to two eligible accounts uses two destinations; the allowance is not twenty posts on every account.

Test a small real publishing cycle before moving a whole campaign. Connect an available account, prepare one permitted asset and verify the result on the network. Choose a paid plan when its capacity or features solve a specific need, after checking the required platform access.

Compare social media scheduling software by your actual workflow

Count the accounts you manage, the destinations you send each month and the people who need to review posts. Then check platform access and required formats. Headline prices alone do not show whether a plan fits your campaign.

Cadalio's comparison pages cover Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Metricool and SocialBee with sources and billing terms. Use them to evaluate account allowances, approval workflows and current limitations. If a required network is pending in Cadalio, that is a reason to keep or choose a publisher that already handles it.

Frequently asked questions

What is a social media scheduling tool?

A social media scheduling tool lets you prepare a post and choose when an eligible connected account should receive it. A content calendar helps organize the wider plan. Platform permissions, media processing and native-app completion can still affect publication.

Which social media platforms can Cadalio schedule?

YouTube connections and LinkedIn personal-profile publishing are available. TikTok uses scheduled inbox draft delivery with a final step in TikTok. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest customer access and LinkedIn company Pages are pending approval.

Is Cadalio a free social media scheduling app?

Cadalio has an ongoing Free web plan with two accounts and twenty scheduled destinations per calendar month. Queues, bulk tools and templates start on Creator, while collaboration and approvals start on Pro. Platform restrictions apply on every plan.

Can I schedule the same post to multiple social platforms?

You can prepare several destination versions in one workflow and schedule eligible connected destinations. Review each caption and format separately. Every receiving account uses a destination; unavailable connections need native publishing, and TikTok requires its final native-app step.
