Schedule posts for a Facebook Page
Keep Facebook Page content organized by date, campaign and audience. Cadalio connects Pages you manage and gives their posts separate settings and publishing outcomes, even when the same content also goes to another network.
The Facebook connection publishes to authorized Pages. A personal Facebook profile or Group is not a Cadalio publishing destination.
Start with the correct Page
In Social accounts, connect Facebook through Meta's authorization screen and select the Page you intend to manage. Confirm the human-readable Page name in your workspace. Account eligibility, app approval and publishing permissions determine which Pages are available.
A Page with expired or disconnected authorization should not be selected for a new post. Reconnect it first, then return to the composer. Connection history is useful for reference; it is not a publishing destination.
Use a format designed for the destination
Review the selected format's requirements in the composer. Uploading a video does not make every Facebook format interchangeable, and the preview should match the format you selected.
- Text post for a caption without media.
- Photos for one image or a group of up to ten images.
- Video for a feed video.
- Reel for a supported vertical video.
- Story for a single photo or video.
Schedule and confirm the result
- Select the authorized Page and publishing format in Create a post.
- Attach the media, write the Facebook caption and check the preview.
- Select a date in the workspace timezone. Use a draft first if the content needs review.
- After saving, find the post in the calendar or All posts.
- Check the Facebook destination's outcome after dispatch. If it needs attention, read its information icon before retrying.
