Schedule TikTok videos and photo posts

Connect the account you want to publish to

Authorize TikTok from Social accounts, then check the account name before creating content. Only currently connected, valid destinations appear in the composer. If TikTok is in a review or sandbox stage, account eligibility is restricted until the provider approves broader access.

Privacy choices come from the selected TikTok account. Choose an available audience for each destination rather than assuming the same setting works across every account.

Prepare a direct post

1. Choose your connected TikTok account in Create a post.
2. Select Video for one video, or Photos for one to 35 images. Check the order and photo cover when applicable.
3. Write the caption and review the TikTok preview.
4. Choose a privacy option and check comments, duet or stitch settings where available.
5. Review any content disclosures and TikTok's publishing notice, then publish now or select a date.

When an inbox draft is the better fit

Use a video draft when you want to finish editing inside TikTok. At the scheduled time, Cadalio sends the video to your TikTok inbox. Open TikTok, finish the draft and publish it there. A delivered draft should not be interpreted as a published post.

This route is useful when your workflow needs native editing or when direct posting is unavailable for the account. Photo posts use the direct-post route; the video draft route is not a substitute for photo publishing.

Resolve attention states without guessing

• Wait until media processing is complete before submitting.
• If privacy choices change, refresh the account settings and select an available option.
• Read the information icon on a failed or needs-attention destination. Fix the stated issue in the post before retrying.
• A provider approval restriction cannot be removed by selecting Public. Cadalio shows the eligible publishing options for that account.
